Please let us know if the following steps enable you to complete your CCLI reporting task:

1. Open all agendas from the last 6 months (or from whatever period that you need to report songs):

Note that you can open several agendas at once:

2. If you need to add more agendas, use the "Add agendas..." menu:

3. Copy a description of the agenda into the Clipboard:

4. Paste (Ctrl+V) the Clipboard content into an email, or Excel, etc.:
You get a list similar to the following one:

CCLI 22025 Amazing Grace
CCLI 25280 And Can It Be (Sagina)
CCLI 99481 Breathe On Me Breath Of God (Trentham)
CCLI 25376 It Is Well With My Soul
CCLI 11218 My Tribute
CCLI 23426 To God Be The Glory

Let us know if these steps are fully covering your scenario.

You can contact us via the contact form and exchange email securely from there.

Hi Claude,
It is not possible to specify a song verse sequence.
This feature is in the todo list, but I don't know when it will be implemented.
The recommended way is to use the VideoPsalm lyrics editor and copy / paste the verses and choruses where they belong.
VideoPsalm has a fully fledged text editor, offering common keyboard shortcuts, notably Ctrl+C (Copy), Ctrl+V (Paste), Ctrl+Z (Undo), Ctrl+Y (Redo), etc.

I would like this feature also very much. It's hard this way, because, if there are mistakes maybe in the chorus one has to correct it as often as the chorus appears in the song. Also we often change the sequence or which verses we sing, so I would like the feature as it is in OpenSong: one standard setting for the song and one for the actual agenda.

Hi Simon,
The "Sequence" feature is in good position in the list of things to do. However I still don't know when it will be implemented.

Is it possible to access song select as it can be in pro presenter?

Hello Darryl,

It is not possible to access CCLI Song Select from within the VP software at the moment. Thank you for your suggestion, it adds weight to this feature.

The next version (1.15) will provide an easy way to add CCLI song lyrics to a songbook, notably it will be possible to add .usr files via drag and drop into the agenda.

Is it possible to make some space between two lines without Videpsalm seeing it as the next verse to display?

Hi René,

To add an empty line in a song verse, insert a line containing a space.

To adjust the line height, insert a non-breakable space instead of a regular space, and set the character size to the desired size. You can adjust the character size with the two "Size" buttons located on top of the lyrics editor.

Does this work for you?

It works, thanks!

To insert a non-breakable space, press Ctrl+Shift+Space.
The VideoPsalm lyrics editor renders non-breakable spaces with a red underlined character.

It works, but only one position with the spacebar also works. Thanks!

Songbooks such as Big Song Collection have CCLI numbers for some songs. When I copy the agenda to the clipboard, the CCLI numbers are not copied. Only when I download a CCLI .usr song is the CCLI number copied. How can I copy CCLI numbers from an agenda to the clipboard from songbooks like Big Song Collection. We need to do this for our CCLI reporting.

Hi Douglas,

Thank you for letting me know about this problem.
Hopefully this will be solved in VideoPsalm 1.17, as the "Copy agenda to clipboard" will include following additional fields: CCLI, Author, Agenda name (Date).

I am new to VideoPsalm and using 1.19 and these updates don't appear to be available yet. Most of the songs we use are from Songs of Fellowship, which I've downloaded through the import utility. They don't include CCLI numbers but on the ones we use I am updating the Song file with them. When I copy the agenda into Excel (from the clipboard) it includes everything from the song's file lyric section, but not the miscellaneous where the CCLI number is. Your fig 4 illustration looks great and just what we need, but unfortunately it doesn't work like this.
regards Roger

I am using v. 1.19 and also find that the CCLI numbers are not yet copied to the clipboard with the other agenda information.

Hi Dwayne,

VideoPsalm 1.19 (August 2017) has improved CCLI integration.

The following tutorial (3 minutes 40) describes the task in details.

Does this work for you?
