  • Start a presentation from the beginning 
    - F5

  • Advance to the next slide (while the slide panel at the top right has the focus)

  • Return to previous slide

* Remark :  Shortcuts labelled with * are operational when there is only one screen. When there are two or more screens, it is better to avoid an unwanted shutdown of the presentation and therefore these shortcuts are disabled. ​
  • Return to the beginning of a song

  • Go to the end of a song 
    End

  • Go to the next or previous slide without displaying it
    Press "Shift" + an arrow key

  • Go to the next or previous agenda item without displaying it
    Press "+" or "-" while the slide panel has the focus
    Press down (or other ‘Advance to next slide key’) to show the first slide of the agenda item.

  • Show / hide video projection screen
    Ctrl + P

  • Show / hide text on a slide 
    Ctrl + T

  • Enable / disable the shield 
    Ctrl + B

  • Switch from the "Edit" to "Viewer" mode
    Ctrl + E


​The shortcuts overlap with PowerPoint and can be used with a wireless presentation device such as Logitech Wireless Presenter R400 to control the display of songs and Bible verses from a distance in the absence of an operator at the computer.

Shortcuts for Bible verse selection

While the slide panel contains one or more Bible verses and has the focus, press following keys to increase/decrease the verse selection:
  • ​Add next Bible verse
    Ctrl + *

  • Add previous Bible verse
    Ctrl + /

  • Remove next Bible verse
    Shift + *

  • Remove previous Bible verse
    Shift + /
